    You will get an email with your tracking number when your package has been shipped. We usually update your shipping information within (1) business day of receiving your payment. We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner in case you qualify for a return. In case you change your mind about your order and want to return your package we DO NOT cover shipping charges in this particular situation.

    Incomplete or incorrect address information is the common cause of shipping delays. Please check the address information on your order and ensure ALL the information (address, apt#, Zip code etc.) needed to deliver your package has been included. The courier service will ship your order to the address you provide. It is extremely important that the information you give us is accurate and complete. If a package is returned due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.
